3. Image Asset Processing and Zero-Retention Policy

Yomi operates strictly as an automated image-processing utility.

• No Manual Content Review: We do not manually access, view, or monitor the images you upload. All processing is automated and performed solely to deliver the requested output.
• Limited Retention: Uploaded image assets are retained only for the duration of your active project workspace. You may delete your project files at any time. We do not use your uploaded images to train machine learning models.
• User Ownership: You retain full ownership of and responsibility for all images and output files processed through the Service. Yomi claims no intellectual property rights over your content.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics services). These providers are contractually obligated to process your data only as directed by Yomi and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
