At Yomi, we aim to be transparent about how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription plan.
Yomi is offered as a recurring subscription service billed on a monthly or annual cycle, as selected at the time of purchase. Your subscription provides access to the full Yomi image-processing toolset, including OCR, in-painting, translation overlay, typesetting, and export features, along with a monthly AI token allowance.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to all Yomi features — including your token balance and all workspace tools — through the end of the billing period for which you have paid. No partial-period access will be revoked upon cancellation.
Refunds for the active billing cycle are not provided. When you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of the current billing period. Instead, you retain full access to the Service until the period ends.
This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans, as well as to any one-time AI token top-up purchases that have been fully or partially consumed.

To report a billing error or request an exception, contact [email protected] with your registered email address and a description of the issue. Our support team will respond within 3 business days.
One-time AI token top-up purchases are non-refundable once any portion of the tokens has been consumed. If you have purchased a top-up and have not used any tokens from that purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting [email protected].
We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or formal dispute with your payment provider. Most billing concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your Yomi account during the dispute process.
